What we did…

We conducted a thorough strategic analysis designed to ensure all the key elements of the business were examined – market performance, channel and customer strategies, sales activation and organisational capability and structure.


A comprehensive set of strategic recommendations was adopted along with a detailed plan for implementing them.

Early results show an increase in Net Sales of almost 30% in the first year of implementation with a key brand gaining 1%-point in market share in it’s highly competitive and established category.


South Africa is a key stepping stone toward realising CHC’s strategic vision for Africa of becoming the dominant, fastest growing player in the African CHC Market. Thanks to VBM we now have a road map to deliver what is required in South Africa.
