What we did…
Identified the Key Value Drivers (KVDs) for core client CHC Brands in the USA and used these to develop and evaluate a range of Value Improvement Opportunities designed to underpin the future growth of the business. A key objective was to gain client management team alignment and ownership of the process and outputs and to ensure that the work was integrated with and supported the Corporate strategy processes.
The proposed brand stretch initiatives that the USA team signed up to were expected to deliver incremental sales of $160m over the 10 year planning period – equivalent to an 80% uplift from the beginning of the period.
